IF you ordered Pictures and are not happy with the picture

If you preordered a package and are unhappy with the original photo, please bring your package in on retake day. There is a barcode the photographer scans that's on the envelope that will override the picture package, and you will receive a new picture package with the child's retake pictures.

School Pictures

School pictures are in! Your student should have received either their pre ordered portrait packet or an envelope with picture proofs. Included in each proof is a UNIQUE portrait ID and access code that is different for each student. You may then go online and order your children's pictures using their portrait ID and access code. Your children's security is a top priority, so this helps to maintain your children's privacy when it comes to their images.

Steps to utilize approved Community Partners

One of the wonderful things about Stellar is our Community Partnership program. Please see the steps below, even if you have participated in the past. There are new steps involved.

Step 1. Prior to signing up with any approved Community Partner, please complete the "Stellar Community Partner Agreement" form together with your TOR. This must be done prior to participating in any program.

Step 2. Contact the approved Community Partners and provide signed "Stellar Community Partner Agreement" form.

Step 3. Regularly attend classes, and work with your TOR to document usage on the logs.

Step 4: Please communicate any changes to your TOR.

If you have any question, please contact your TOR.

Sewing Class November Supply List

Happy Fall everyone.

For November we will be making a drawstring backpack and a reversible seat belt shoulder cushion. The skills we will be focusing on are trying to be more accurate with seam allowance. This is a tough one to master, but practice is the best teacher.

The supplies needed for November are:

2 fat quarters for the backpack, one for the outer and one for the lining.

1 fat quarter for the seat belt cover. (I will supply the fleece for the other side.)

1 small spool of all purpose thread (if they don't already have one from previous project that matches fabric). We have black and white and a few other colors on hand.

Thank you for supporting your student in their sewing adventure. It is such a pleasure having them so eager to learn.

Parking and Drop off Procedures

The bottom gate is open for car drop offs only. The upper gate is to be used for all foot traffic. If you park in the lower parking lot, please safely cross the road using the crosswalk and walk up the sidewalk to the upper gate.

Please do not slow down in the upper parking lot and let your child jump in the car. The car drop off and pick up lane is the Stellar Loop at the bottom of the campus.

Thank you so much for helping to keep our kids safe!!!
