May 9 to 13, 2022
Principal's Message
Dear Falcon students and families,
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and I hope all the Bev Facey moms were spoiled and pampered this Sunday! This past week saw our AP students write their first round of AP exams, and our students not only leading the way through education week in the classrooms, but also getting involved in two important social initiatives: Mental Health Week and MMIWG2S Awareness Day. Both of these initiatives highlighted how caring and socially aware our Bev Facey students are.
There is a lot going on this week at Bev Facey. We will see our AP students completing their final round of AP exams. Our Bev Facey Drama department will also be presenting "Anne of Green Gables" all week, and our Senior Girls Handball team and Senior Drama production of "About Her" will complete the week by attending their respective provincial competitions.
I also would like to thank our amazing school council staff recognition committee and all those who volunteered and contributed to the fantastic staff appreciation barbecue that they put on this past Wednesday. The staff is so appreciative and impressed by all of the effort and care our school council and parents demonstrated with this event.
I hope you all have an amazing Mother's Day evening and a fantastic week and, as always, if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
Ken Wlos
Principal
