What this means for the future of humans
Back in the day vs. today
During the cavemen years, me and woman were excising and eating at the same time. They would grab food from near trees and growing from the ground and cut wood to make fire, and do this constantly. They would provide food for themselves and do their chores at the same time, making it easy for them to digest the food faster and making them gain wait. Today, people are doing only half of what they need, they eat and eat and eat, but no where in that process is excising. Its like if you don't eat or drink you will be dehydrated and you will get really sick and die. With diabetes if you don't eat and exercise you will develop diabetes and need to take prescribed insulin. This will lead to late night blood checks to make sure your blood pressure isn't too high or low, going to the doctors frequently and possibly death if you don't take good care of your health.
