What's New in Mrs. Allen's Room?
May 2-6, 2016
Happy Sunday Parents!
I'm happy to see the sunshine today after such a dreary day yesterday!
This week, we'll be making up any missed I-STEP test sessions, and we have a super fun field trip coming up! Although we will be inside for the majority of our trip, please pray for perfect weather as we will be walking from NIFS to the NCAA Hall of Champions. And maybe we'll have lunch outside! :)
We are under 20 days of school left! We can make it!!

- With the weather becoming more and more beautiful (when it isn't raining), I just want to reiterate something that Mrs. Donovan sent home not too long ago regarding the school dress code...Flip flops and tank tops ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please make sure your child is dressed accordingly for school.
- Our final field trip will be on Thursday, May 5 to N.I.F.S. and the NCAA Hall of Champions. Due to limited space, N.I.F.S. does not allow us to bring any parent chaperones. Most permission slips have been returned, however if you have not yet signed and returned your child's permission slip, please do so by this Friday, April 29th!
- The 3rd Grade Living Wax Museum has been scheduled for Thursday, May 19th from 1:30p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Please remember that this is an extra credit assignment. It is not mandatory, but students can only participate if they have completed both parts of the book report assignment and turned them in ON TIME.
- 4th Quarter Book Report info came home four weeks ago. The report and project is due THIS FRIDAY!!
