They do everything that doesn't involve reproduction such as: food, maintenance, and defense.
Drone Bee
Mating is the only reason for existence of the Drone bee.
Queen Bee
Maintains the population and reproduces.

It enables those genes to be passed on to subsequent generations. In this way, an altruistic act that supports the survival of a relative or other individual theoretically enhances the genetic fitness of both the recipient of the act and the altruistic organism.
Meerkats
Standing guard
They always have one that stands guard that signals when there is some kind of threat.
Sharing
They share food with the ones who cannot get their own.
