Welcome to LNMS Athletics! This page houses information for our Varsity Sports Teams. We take great pride in fielding championship caliber athletic teams year in and year out. We provide a positive yet challenging environment for all of our student-athletes.

Per OCPS policy, all student-athletes must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA to be eligible to participate in athletics. LNMS coaches also require appropriate classroom behavior from our student-athletes throughout all of their classes, as they are a representation of their team, their coaches, the athletic department, and LNMS.

We have 4 Varsity Sports at LNMS:

Quarter 1: Boys & Girls Soccer - Quarter 1

Quarter 2: Boys & Girls Volleyball - Quarter 2

Quarter 3: Boys & Girls Basketball - Quarter 3

Quarter 4: Boys & Girls Track & Field - Quarter 4

*ALL POTENTIAL STUDENT-ATHLETES MUST HAVE A COMPLETED SPORTS PHYSICAL ON FILE TO TRYOUT FOR SPORTS

*THE PHYSICAL MUST BE FILLED OUT (PRINT THE FORM) ON THE OFFICIAL OCPS PAPERWORK (LINKED BELOW) AND TURNED INTO A P.E. TEACHER AFTER BEING COMPLETED BY A NON-FAMILY MEMBER LICENSED DOCTOR PRIOR TO THE TRYOUT DATE FOR THE DESIRED SPORT

*SPORTS PHYSICAL MAY BE GOOD FOR MULTIPLE SPORTS IF THEY ARE IN DATE

*ECG form is not required for middle school sports in the 2021-2022 school year. Only required for high school.

* IN ADDITION TO SPORTS PHYSICAL PACKET, STUDENT-ATHLETES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING CONSENT FORMED FILLED OUT BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN AND TURNED IN (SEE LINK BELOW)

* IF THIS FORM IS NOT TURNED IN THE STUDENT-ATHLETE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRYOUT OR PARTICIPATE IN ATHLETICS

* STUDENTS SHOULD TURN IN THE PRINTED AND COMPLETED FORM TO A P.E. TEACHER
