CAREER DAY AND READ-A-THON Success!

On Friday, March 22nd the Skyview community participated in CAREER DAY. With over 60 volunteer presenters, students had the opportunity to hear about a wide variety of occupations. The day ended with a motivational keynote speaker, Mr. Marc Dicciani, Director of the Music School at the University of the Arts. THANK YOU to the many volunteers who helped make this event a success, to our dedicated committee for organizing and to our STUDENTS for representing Skyview so well throughout the day!

6th Grade students participated in the annual Read-A-Thon to benefit cancer research on Friday 3/22. Students enjoyed a "sneak peek" into the Arcola facility (where the event was held) and enjoyed snacks, crafts, games (including a dodge ball tournament), movies, and of course READING. This event raised over $8,000. Many thanks to all who participated!
