Every Day Matters
Stanton Elementary 2021-2022 Volume 4
Happy October!
We have just ended our first 6 weeks and report cards came home yesterday, September 29. If you did not see your child's ask them first, and then call us if you need another copy. If your child has a grade not up to your standard, please set up a conference with the teacher to see what the struggle is and how grades can improve.
Our second session of tutorials begins Tuesday for our selected 4/5 grade students, if your child was in tutorials, they will continue through this session.

October begins our focus on RESPONSIBILITY. I will be in the classroom this week teaching my monthly Character Lesson, where we learn about making responsible choices at school & home.
Organization is a great way to increase responsibility (and independence) in children. Check out the article & video from understood.org for tips on helping your student become more organized: https://www.understood.org/articles/en/10-tips-to-help-get-your-child-organized
