Dear Families and MPS Staff,

Our Equity Audit is complete and the Strategic Planning process is underway to develop a plan to ensure there are opportunities for success for all of our students. The Mansfield School District Equity Audit Strategic Planning Team has had three working sessions so far, geared towards unpacking the findings of the Equity Audit Report and assessing the major focus areas moving forward.

The next meeting of the Strategic Planning Team will be on October 25, 2022. A portion of this meeting has been set aside to allow for greater participation from our school community. We invite parents/family, staff and any grade 9 to 12 student to join us virtually on October 25th from 7pm to 8pm to:

• Learn about the Equity Audit Strategic Planning Teams work so far

• Assist in helping to craft a shared vision

• Learn about other opportunities to get involved
