Signing In and Out of Preschool
Make sure your preschool parents are signing students IN and OUT of school everyday!
If a parent drops off late or picks up early, and your lead teacher is teaching or not present, please help direct our parents to the sign in sheet. Making sure parents sign in is a shared classroom responsibility so please help us out as much as possible. San Diego Community Care licensing makes unannounced visits and will check this. If a signature is missing, it is an immediate citation which will negatively impact us all!
Once all students have arrived and or departed, sign in sheets should be reviewed to ensure we have signatures for every student. If a child has not been signed in for the day, please contact the office immediately, Tracy or Frankie, to call the family to return and properly sign the student into school. If for any reason you cannot reach the office, please contact the family yourself. I will be coming around to ensure this is being done.
Thank you!
CONGRATULATIONS TO CROWN PRESCHOOL STAFF!
For more information on the CLASS observation, please refer back to November's Smore about the CLASS tool. You are also welcome to send Ms. Lisa an email requesting your desire to attend a CLASS training. See December's Smore for professional development opportunities.
