Patriots Peek-at-a-Week
November Weekly Bulletin
November 6th-November 10th
FACULTY AND STAFF
November is upon us. There is quite a bit to accomplish this month to keep our students moving forward. Mastery Connect teachers, you will receive an email about training the week of November 13th. Please note your scheduled Zoom dates and times to join with other Cumberland County educators. Mr. Davis and I have working on the planned schedule, and Ms. Smith will be moving teaching assistants to cover classes during the scheduled training times. In addition, Mrs. Calahan will be spending a day at North to assist teachers in creating Mastery Connect weekly assesments and reviewing reports.
This month North will be hosting a Veterans Day program. Please begin sharing with your students the importance of this day and honoring those who have served so that all may have the freedom of democracy.
The hallways are filled with students who are learning the importance of levels of volume and how students should conduct themselves while at school. Implement and continue high expectations for behavior and academics with all students.
Please remember to respond to calendar invites and cover duties when you are out. This is appreciated.

Thank you for keeping PlanBook up to date. Your school administration uses plan book to review plans and assist you with academic prep. Additionally, we using this for "Planning" for your observations. You must include Standards, Tasks, Closure, and Assessments as always. The TEAM and CCS Plan Template reminds educators to include objectives, measurable goals, materials-technology, prior-student knowledge, activating strategy (motivating hook), instruction, guided and independent practice (gradual release of responsibility), cross-curricular connections, and grouping. Please see the links below to assist you as needed.SHOUT OUTS!
