GO PANTHERS!
May 28th- Final Work Pick-up Day!
BUT, that is not all! We are asking that you bring your child(ren) for a special surprise that day from your teachers! We have put together a schedule of times when each grade level or teacher will be at school. If it works in your family's schedule to come to pick up during that time, please do! If not, that is okay. You can still come pick up any time from 11 am- 7 pm that day.
Here are a few important details:
- Please bring your child(ren) with you! They have to stay in the car but the surprise is for them!
- Try to come during your child's grade level time but if you can't, that's okay! Come when is most convenient to you!
- If you have more than one child, feel free to come as many times as you'd like and just drive through so they can see the surprise, too! Just let SRO DuBois know you are just driving through when you arrive!
- We will be handing out school work through the end of the school year AND all of your child's belongings from their cubbies and desks.
The time slots for when grade level specific teachers will be there is:
11:00-12:00: Kindergarten
12:00-1:00: 1st Grade
1:00-2:00: PreK
2:00-3:00: 2nd Grade and Special Classes (Mrs. Lyons, Mrs. Verbanic, Mr. Smith)
3:00-4:00: 3rd Grade
4:00-5:00: 4th Grade
5:00-6:00: 5th Grade
6:00-7:00: 6th Grade
*Please note that 6th Graders will have other times to clean out their lockers. More information in this smore.
6th Grade Locker Cleanup
The schedule for this week will be:
Thursday: 8:00am-11:00am
Thursday: 4:30pm-6:30pm
We will ask parents to enter through the main office doors and then they will be able to go upstairs to empty their locker. Its okay if they forgot their locker combination as we will have the key to the locker available also.
Students must take all personal belongings and then set school materials (books, etc) on a table in the hallway. There will be garbage cans to put trash also.
*Please note that masks must be worn at all times once entering the school building.

Counselor's Corner with Mrs. Sears
Hi Panther family!
Being stuck at home can be hard for everyone and sometimes it can lead to your child in struggling to contain his/her emotions leading to outbursts and conflict with others. One way to help a child "self-regulate" their emotions is to create a "calming area" in your home that your child can go to get away from a situation and re-set their brain back to a baseline to be able to process their feelings.
Please watch the vide below for directions on how to make a calming area at home!
