Practicing Mindfulness
There's a lot of research out there that suggests that taking a few minutes every morning to clear your mind and breathe deeply helps to reduce stress. Meditation can help start the day with calm. Insight Timer, a free app can help.

M2LEARN is a YouTube Channel with short videos to help you shake out your energy and regain focus. I recommend setting your timer for 25 minute intervals. Learn for 25 minutes, then get up and take a 5 minute break. Do this for 3- 25 minute sessions. That will take you through 3 periods. Stop for a 30 minute break, then do it again for another three 25 minute sessions. Try it on Monday and see if you are more efficient.
