Vision and Hearing screenings for all 7th-grade students will take place on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, during PE class. In order to have the most accurate and efficient screening process, we ask that your student arrives with their corrective lenses and clean tied back hair. If a student is absent or does not pass the initial screening they will be re-screened at a later date and parents will be contacted if needed. Please call the school nurse with questions or concerns.

Volleyball & Boys Basketball Information

Our Winter sports season has begun!

Practices for basketball will be Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. No practice Wednesday, November 24th.

Practices for volleyball will be Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM - 4:45 PM. Occasionally, practices will be held on Fridays from 6:45 AM until 7:45 AM in the main gym (Coach Barnes will notify athletes about Friday practices). No practice Wednesday, November 24th.

The coaches will take turns holding practices between the main and auxiliary gyms and they will let the athletes know ahead of time. You will find the game schedules on the website under "Athletics & Clubs". For specific questions please contact the coaches directly.

Athletes will have a bus to take them to and from the away games. Pick-up times will be between 5:30 and 6:00 depending on where the game is played. Please note: games played at LSMS will be a parent pick only after the game.
