A Message from your Principal, Mr. Medaris
I have to start by saying how much I miss seeing all of your smiling faces and being able to give you high fives and fist pumps in the halls everyday. I know these are difficult times, but you all are so tough and I know we are going to get through this with flying colors!
You might be a little confused about how we are going to be able to continue having school. Your teachers have contacted many of you and have already started teaching you through virtual learning. If your teachers haven't yet contacted you, don't worry. It probably means that we don't have your correct phone number. Just have your parents send Ms. Young an email with your name, ID # and new phone number to PPeters@dallasisd.org and she will update your phone number into our system. You can also click on the At-home learning plans icon or at our website dallasisd.org/mcshan and your grade level and learning activities will be there (just scroll down when you get to the website. All of our information will be there!
I want to close by saying that I firmly believe that McShan has the best students in all the world and I am so proud to be your Principal. If you want to reach out to me, just send me an email at jmedaris@dallasisd.org. I would love to hear from you!
Sincerely,
Joseph Medaris
Principal, Lee McShan Jr. Elementary
