School Day #70
Black Student Alliance Student of the Month: Flojona Sanon
The Black Student Alliance wants to shine a light on members who are demonstrating our club’s core values (Excellence, Integrity, Unity, Leadership, Respect).
Flojona demonstrated excellence by staying on task and remaining focused on our goal these past weeks. She took it upon herself to do what was necessary and help as best she could which made us proud as a collective.
If any other clubs or activities wish to highlight excellence of their members, please contact Gina Spencer.
Name Our Mascot
We have our mascot but what's their name!?!? Would you like to be a part of Attleboro's history and name them? For $1 you can submit your suggestion in the SAO during all lunches this week only. You can make as many suggestions as you want but each one is $1. All proceeds will go to SkillsUSA to assist CTE students with their competition fees.
Let's Have Some Fun!
Attentions AHS students and staff. December 16 is National Ugly Sweater Day and we are celebrating! Wear your favorite ugly sweater and you may win a prize. Prizes will be given out during all lunches.

Operation Santa Paws
Did you know that approximately 6.3 million companion animals enter shelters nationwide every year, while only 4.1 million are adopted? While we might not be able to adopt all the rest by ourselves, we can help them by supporting our local shelters.
Starting Monday, please bring in a donation of food, toys, or cleaning supplies to support The Friends of Attleboro Animal Shelter. There will be boxes in specific classrooms in each house and on the balcony with Ms. Spencer. Look for the Operation Santa Paws flyers that are going up! If you have questions, see Mrs. Thibodeau in A416.
