We are down to 85 or so families to have completed our registration online. Contact the tech department at email@example.com. to finalize your registration if you are still having trouble.
Tyngsborough Public Schools is excited to announce PowerSchool Registration, a new online platform for the yearly update of parent and student data including phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, and medical information. This process replaces the paper form that is typically sent home at the beginning of each school year.
In an effort to ensure a smooth rollout, we are first launching the platform for parents and guardians of students at the high school and middle school.
You will soon be receiving an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with instructions and a link to start the process via the PowerSchool Parent Portal. If you do not yet have a Parent Portal account, please check your mailbox for a letter sent home early last week which includes instructions for getting your account configured. If your child is entering TMS as a 6th grader this year, please note that the instructions were sent home with them on orientation day.
If you have any questions or run into any issues, please send an email to email@example.com.
Halloween is coming!
TMS will have a "Halloween Dress Up Day" on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. For a $1.00 donation, students can dress up in school-appropriate Halloween attire for the day (following the specific guidelines outlined below). All proceeds will benefit the Adopt-a-Family program.
GUIDELINES FOR THE DAY:
- Costumes may not have parts that interfere with learning. (No masks or costumes that restrict movement, or vision or prevent sitting at desks or are an obstruction in the hallways).
- Costumes may not promote violence or have accessories or props that could be used as a weapon.
- Absolutely NO clown costumes will be allowed!
- Please do not bring food or candy into school this day.
- This is still a school day. Students are expected to fully participate in class throughout the day.
Thank you for following these guidelines and we look forward to seeing fun, creative costumes!
