What is Asthma
Facts
Its a non-communicable disease, so you cant pass it on to someone else like a virus
Its a breathing disease, that swells up the airways to your lungs
You can have asthma attacks, that make it very hard to breathe
Asthma attacks reduces the amount of air in a breath you get
Get to a hospital if you are having an attack, the doctors can hook you up to oxygen so you get more oxygen in your body
There are doctors that treat asthma, you can go to them and see your progress, like if your lungs strengthen
There are inhalers in case Asthma is acting up, to try to stop swelling
It tightens your chest, and kind of hurts
airways of lungs tighten, causing less oxygen getting throughout the body
Mucus as well as swelling partially fills the sides of the airways
Ways to maintain or improve you health if you have Asthma
Take an inhaler if a doctor tells you to this can result to keep your Asthma under control
if you are coughing take your rescue inhaler, this could stop the swelling of the airway of your lungs
if you are wheezing you might want to stop, it could result to a Asthma attack
take a break if you are wheezing, that too could lead to a Asthma attack
you can see a doctor particularly with breathing to tell you how to treat your Asthma, this could let you know what to do daily, and could see your progress.
