Each year the schools ask parents to provide feedback about our school and opportunities for families to support education. This feedback helps us identify our strengths and areas for improvement. Please respond to each statement on this survey by placing one check mark under the category that best describes how you feel about opportunities for family engagement at Park Crest.

If would like to stay at Park Crest next year (and we hope you do), you do not need to complete this form. All 1st-4th grade students have the right to remain at their current school.

If you would like to change schools for the school year, or if your child is currently a 5th or 8th grader, you must make a school selection. All new enrollees for the school year listed above must also complete this form. At the end of the choice of school period, the school selections made will be binding for the upcoming school year. Current Pre-K and Kinder students will have their Choice of School and Magnet opportunity in March.

The window will close on March 5, 2021.

Garland ISD Student Nutrition Services has collaborated with the North Texas Food Bank to provide free shelf stable boxed meals for families in Garland ISD. Meals will be distributed at the Marvin Padgett Building. We are requesting that you send an email to asksns@garlandisd.net or contact Student Nutrition Services at (972)494-8322 expressing your interest in the program.
