Summer Hours (Click on calendar for detailed information)
Effective Monday, Jun 4, 2018, and extending through Labor Day, our offices will change to a Business Casual attire. Business Casual attire includes “nice jeans” and appropriate footwear which can include nice sandals, but no “flip-flops.”
Keep in mind that we need to maintain an appropriate “business look” for our public by wearing clothing that fits the business casual guidelines; this will be in effect for all employees at all of the district facilities.
I am also attaching a copy of the administrative buildings calendar which includes information on summer hours. Summer hours begin on Monday, June 4, and end on Thursday, July 5. We will return to normal business hours on Monday, July 11th. The calendar also provides information on holidays for the time period of June 2018 through June 2018.
Note for Summer Hours: Monday – Wednesday, 7am – 5:30pm; Thursday – 7am – 5:00pm. These are outlined on the attached calendar.
Finally – please note the schedule/hours for the week of July 1st. Work days/hours that week are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7am – 5:30pm.
