Block Style
Block paragraph style is when all the lines of the text are left aligned. None of the lines are indented. Block style is commonly used when formatting business letters and memos.
Indented
Indented paragraph style is when only the first line is indented. You can use the tab key to access this feature. This style is commonly used when formatting reports.
Hanging Indent
Hanging Indent is when all of the lines in a text are indented except the first one. The first line is flush with the left margin; each additional line is indented. This style is commonly used when citing bibliography sources.
