Collaboration Agendas
Hello Team,
Thank you for your patience as Cindy and I fleshed out how to accomplish the job of setting up goal expectations and meetings. It took me some time to figure out how to communicate effectively with everyone with all the different roles, responsibilities, and schedules. Here is the plan I came up with. Please let me know if I overlooked someone. I don't want to leave anyone out. Thank you for your work in learning new processes and new ways to work with students. I am proud to work with such a talented group of people.

Practicum Student Reflections
These are just a few of many positive reflections from the reading practicum students. This stems from the hard work of everyone in our building to do great things for children and in growing new teachers. The impact you make on the lives of new teachers is immeasurable. Thank you team!
- I love how when you walk in the classroom it feels safe. Every student walks in and knows exactly what they are supposed to do and where everything goes. I want to be as organized and make sure that my students can walk into the classroom and feel safe and comfortable. They spend around eight hours a day in their classroom so we need to make feel like they belong.
- The teacher shows excitement through her teaching making the students excited to want to be engaged. She is very encouraging to make the students wanting to learn every day.
- This classroom has print everywhere and integrates it throughout all curriculum, which is what I have learned in my literacy course work.
- The teacher asked open-ended questions to allow students to answer and guide the conversation. The teacher allowed students to create expectations for themselves.
- I loved how the environment of the classroom felt like home. The teachers never raise their voices, they are positive, and they give choices. The environment in the room is very comfortable and welcoming; you know it is a safe place to learn.
- The classroom environment makes you feel safe. The children know this is a place where mistakes can happen and it's okay because we are all learning.
