December 2021

You're almost there, Graduate Students! As we approach final exams and projects, the GSO wants to remind you to take care of yourself. Self-care can be visiting Baltimore's Christmas Village, utilizing the Counseling Center's resources, or picking up a study snack! Read more about it below.

Take a Deep Breath and Relax!

As final exams approach, it is important to practice self-care! Utilize the Counseling Center's Relaxation Resources by following along in their guided relaxation videos, mindfulness exercises, and other tools to help you unwind.

Students can also make an appointment to check out the soothing relaxation room which is designed to help individuals develop relaxation skills, cope with stress, and practice mindful meditation. You might also enjoy using the biofeedback software, Journey to the Wild Divine.
