Girl Finally Finds Sweater and is Disappointed

American Eagle Outfitters Tried to Snub Her

Tara was searching several American Eagle Outfitters stores for a while looking for a specific sweater. When she finally found it, she purchased it right away. Within the first wear of this said sweater, it tore. She headed back to the store thinking it was just the one sweater and she exchanged it, only to find out that the second one tore as well. After the second ripped, she returned to the store and spoke to a manger about the poor quality of this sweater the company is producing. When the manager claimed it was out of his hands, Tara wrote a letter to the Consumer Relations Department, once again, complaining about the sweater. They refused to do anything, and just said she must not be taking proper care of the sweater, so wanting to prove them wrong, Tara hired a lawyer and brought the case to court. After the court intervention, Tara received plenty of store credit at American Eagle Outfitters.
