On Tuesday, December 14th, the Centennial Board of School Directors voted to change the portion of the Health and Safety Plan regarding masking. As a result, on December 15, 2021, Centennial School District’s Health and Safety plan is being changed from the current sliding scale model (masks optional - masks required) based upon the level of community transmission to mask optional. As required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and ESSER guidelines, once the plan has been updated and signed, it will be posted on the CSD website and linked to the state-required documents.
