WEBSTER CSD’S CAPITAL PROJECT COMMUNITY VOTE ON DECEMBER 13
During the September 8 meeting, Webster CSD's Board of Education approved a resolution for a proposed capital project that will rehabilitate and repurpose features of all 11 buildings in the district.
The project, not to exceed $43,539,223, will need to be approved by Webster CSD voters. That vote is scheduled for Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at Webster Schroeder High School, 875 Ridge Road, from 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. The project would be bonded over a 20-year timeframe with 70-75 percent of the cost delivered through state aid. The impact on the average homeowner ($172,200 in Webster) is expected to be $20-$25 per year over the 20 years of the bond.
