Good News
- What a great way to end "Kindness Week" take the opportunity to build upon the energy from Friday with students. Continue to have discussion and celebrate the Good Things that are happening in your class.
- Thanks once again for those that were able to help in the Book room. Your time and attention is greatly appreciated.
- The Saturday Academy students and teachers had a great walking field trip to the high school to see our former students from Sheiko in the middle school play Seussical. It was an AWESOME performance.

Lunchtime Routine Change
- Grade 3- All classes report to the cafeteria first for lunch and everyone will have recess at the same time. Teachers pick your students up promptly from the playground.
- Grade 4- All classes will report to recess first. Teachers will pick students up at the end of lunch from the cafeteria.
Tables will be labeled for classes to sit during lunch. Odd tables are Nut-free tables. Please communicate the changes to your students. Thanks

Please take a moment to review class expectations and routines. While students may be getting antsy with the weather breaking, there is still a lot of school left. remind them of the following:

- Walking in the hall. (teachers position yourself to see the entire line)

Pine Tree Author Vsit
Our Pine Tree Author Assembly, for grades 3-5, will take place on Wednesday, March 27th
Linda Urban's featured Pine Tree titles are: A Crooked Kind of Perfect & Weekends With Max & His Dad
If you own a copy of any book written by Linda Urban & would like to have her sign it, please make sure your child's name & teacher are clearly labeled inside the front cover of the book. All books will need to be delivered to the iCenter, first thing on Wednesday morning. Linda will sign the books throughout the day, in between presentations, and then books will be returned to your child's classroom teacher

Opponent: The Minnesota Twins
Special promotions for this game: It’s Kids Day at Comerica Park! Every child 14 and under will receive a Detroit Tiger’s bat and ball set. There are free carousel and ferris wheel rides, free face painting, and all kids can run the bases after the game!!
Cost per ticket: $24 Tickets are LIMITED, so buy them early.
