Manitou Springs High School

Mustang News - May 5th, 2023

From The Principal

Thank you to everyone who has pitched in with helping World Language & Culture Night come together. The festivities are tonight and include an array of performances, presentations, food, and FUN! We appreciate the immense amount of work put in from our World Language department in organizing this event.

The seniors have their last week of school next week. The year has gone by so quickly, and we look forward to celebrating the class of 2023 as they finish out the year. Please see important senior information below.

We will also celebrate our staff next week during Teacher Appreciation Week. Our Mustang staff is made up of such dedicated individuals, so please take a moment next week to thank a staff member who has made a significant difference to you or your student.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Counselors Ms. Schmuki and Mrs.Strupp are almost done meeting with all 9-11th grade advisories to help students complete their ICAP tasks in Naviance. Naviance is a post-secondary planning tool that allows students to document and explore options. Please ask your student to login so you can view the results if their leaning style inventories, post-seconday plan/goal and see and favorite colleges or careers they are considering. Students can login at www.student.naviance.com and should know how to access their accounts. Students who missed the lesson will be offered a makeup session at a later date.
