Principal Corner
The end of the school year is approaching quickly, especially for Seniors. This week has been jam-packed with activities.
- Prom was last Saturday. Parents, you’d be so proud of your students. The venue only had positive things to say about OHS students.
- Students who are graduating with distinction (meaning they have a GPA of 4.0 or higher) were honored by our OPS school board at their meeting on Monday evening.
- Band awards took place Tuesday evening.
- The POPS Choir Concert took place Thursday evening.
- Spring sports teams had events daily.
It was also National Teacher Appreciation Week this week. I would like to thank our teachers and staff at OHS for all they do for our students. If you have a chance to thank a staff member, please take that opportunity to share how they have impacted your life. It may seem like a really small thing to do, but it will make a lasting impression for that educator.
- Mrs. Maxwell
