🌞Sunny Heighlights ⛱
July 24, 2020
Greetings Sunny Heights Families,
We are less than two weeks away from the start of the 2020-2021 school year! Our staff has had the opportunity to speak with many families as we prepare for the beginning of school on Thursday, August 6th. If you have not registered your student(s), please contact our office as soon as possible in order to register for the virtual or in-person learning option.
We have been preparing and planning for our students and staff to return with safety in mind. Safety procedures for students, staff, and visitors are in place to help everyone healthy. Signs are posted throughout the building to remind everyone of safe social distancing, wearing masks, washing hands, etc.
I will continue to update families weekly with important information. Take care and be safe.
Your proud principal,
Registration for new students
Our office is open to accept new registrations by appointment only. If your student ended the school year in a Warren Township school, you do not need to take any additional action to be registered for school. Please contact us at 317-532-2900 with any questions or to schedule an appointment to register your child.
Is your child a car rider or daycare rider?
We anticipate a greater number of car riders this school year. If your student(s) will be a car rider or daycare transportation this school year please email our secretary Mrs. Jordan (email@example.com) or call Mrs. Jordan's direct line, 317-532-2902, with your child's transportation information as soon as possible. This will help make our arrival and dismissal processes much safer and more efficient.
Student Supply List
Many families are interested in the school supply list for our upcoming school year. A common supply list for all students in grades K-4 has been developed.

2020 Pesticide Notification Registry
The Indiana Pesticide Review Board has regulations that impact how school corporations may use pesticides on school grounds. MSD Warren Township follows these guidelines and we are inviting parents and guardians to join our Pesticide Notification Registry. By signing up for this registry, you will be notified via email at least 48 hours prior to a pesticide application at your child’s school, subject to certain exceptions. You will be invited to sign up for this notification each school year.
You will need to sign up for this notification every school year.
