Spring Break!

Spring Break starts this Friday, March 25 and will go through Friday, April 1. School will resume on Monday, April 4. Have a safe and happy break!

Spring Picture Day is on it's way!

We will be taking pictures on Monday, April 11. You can choose to purchase online at: mylifetouch.com using picture day ID: BW105024Q0 or pay by check or cash and complete the picture form and turn in to the photographer. Picture forms will be provided to students prior to April 11.

Report Cards

Third Quarter Report Cards will be sent home on Friday, April 8.

Upcoming Important Dates and Opportunities

April 19 Class of 2016 Senior Pictures: On April 19th Seniors will take cap and gown pictures here at the school. There is a $10 sitting fee. Scheduled times will be mailed to the address the school has on file for seniors.


May 7 Spring Fest. The PTSO is sponsoring a Spring Fest day on Saturday, May 7th. Please be on the look-out for opportunities to help raise funds.


May 24th Senior Awards Night. SAVE THE DATE!! SENIORS AND THEIR GUEST ONLY!

Duke offers a Summer Session for students interested in attending. There is a fee associated with attending. The link is listed below.

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED: The governance committee is commissioned by and responsible to the Board of Directors for matters pertaining to Board of Directors recruitment, nominations, orientation, training, and evaluation in accordance with the bylaws of the organization as well as establish policies and practices approved by the Board of Directors. If you have legal, policy, or non-profit experience and looking for ways to serve, we need you. Please contact Brandon Paris, paris@kestrelheights.org if you are interested in serving or getting further information.


BOARD OF DIRECTOR RECRUITMENT: Kestrel Heights is seeking interested persons who are willing to serve in a governance capacity on the Kestrel Heights School Board of Directors. Kestrel Heights School Board works closely with Kestrel’s administration to ensure that each and every one of our students’ needs are being met. We are seeking people with professional experience in legal, non-profit, and finance specifically. Please email governance@kestrelheights.org if you are interested in receiving further information and an application.
