Important Information for Parents/Visitors
* Parents are welcome to attend Field Day, but we ask that you pre-arrange this with your child's teacher. We need to know who we are expecting. If the visitor is not on the child's emergency consent card, they will not be allowed to stay.
* Like last year, all of our activities are outside of the building. Parents will sign in at the front of the school and receive an armband. Once signed in, you will need to stay outside with your child's class. Restrooms for adult use are in the gym.
* If you sign your child out after the PreK through 2nd grade Field Day, you will be expected to take your child home. They will not be allowed to remain on campus and attend the Field Day designed for 3rd - 5th grades.
* Due to the timing of completing Field Day, any 3rd - 5th grade student will not be allowed to check out at the end of Field Day. Parents should make sure there is a written note stating the child is a car rider. Then the parent should get in the car rider line for normal pick up.
* Students should adhere to the dress code and wear appropriate shoes. Sunscreen is also encouraged (no sharing). Hats for the occasion are fine!
