Gentle Reminders...
A. Leaving Campus during the school day- We understand things come up, forgot to bring lunch, need to grab a prescription, etc., but on a regular basis everyone should remain on campus.
B. Dress Code- Professional attire should be worn to work Monday-Thursday.
-No t-shirts to work Monday-Thursday (unless it is a PBIS incentive or Special event)
-Fridays- spirit wear, college wear, sports wear, and jeans are all acceptable
C. Teaching Time- It is important that we are serving and teaching our babies everyday. Please be sure to be in your classrooms or designated locations according to your schedules.
D. Lexia- please view our schools usage report below. It is essential that students requiring Lexia have access to the program daily.
E. Running Late/Emergencies- Please remember to text Ashley and Rebecka if you are running late or run into an emergency.

Student F and P Level Dates
The dates indicate when the Formal and Informal Inventories must be entered on Aspen for all students.
· When a Formal F&P Assessment Inventory is uploaded, the accuracy and comprehension should also be uploaded.
· When an Informal Inventory is used to determine the F&P level, do not record accuracy and comprehension. Select “Informal” option on Aspen.
· Informal Inventory Options and possible Comprehension prompts are located on Google Team Drive: “Leonard’s Literacy Resources”: “Assessment and Progressions” folder; “Informal Inventories”.

Watermelon Contest
From Ms. Wilson:
Whichever class can figure out the weight the fastest wins dojo points from STEM.
Example Questions: How much does the watermelon weigh?
The watermelon could not stand alone on the scale. Explain in words how the watermelon was weighed.
One picture is the weight of the tray. The other is the weight of the watermelon in the tray.
Depending on the grade, they could round to a whole number or use the decimal. (Pictures are below)

Your mission, if you choose to accept it is to utilize a technology based informal assessment with your students (two different times). You have to tweet using- #macsmonthlymission #parkstreetallin showing your students using the informal assessment (picture or video).
