Unite U-46
After learning more about these topics, you will get to participate in interactive work activities with fellow community members to come to general agreement on the priorities to move our schools forward. The results of these work activities will be included in a series of community recommendations presented to the Board of Education. It is critical that our school have parent and community representatives like you involved with this process.
Please call or email Mrs. Raine if you are interested in representing Ridge Circle in this district endeavor. 630-213-5600 or janelleraine@u-46.org

Pick Up and Drop Off
All parent drop off and pick up need to be done from the turnabout on Streamwood Avenue. The teacher lot is not for drop off or pick up.
All supervision before school begins at 8:15am rain or shine. Please do not drop your child off or allow them to walk to school before 8:15 am. There is no supervision. If you need child care prior to 8:15am, please consider registering for Boys & Girls Club. They open at 7am.
All drivers must stay in their car while in the turnabout. No parking is allowed. Students should be picked in from the curved sidewalk by door 4.
Parents are asked not to park on Ridge Circle Street during pick up and drop off time. If there is an emergency at Ridge Circle the emergency vehicles cannot get to the building. THIS IS A SAFETY RISK FOR RIDGE CIRCLE SCHOOL.
Thank you!

Shield Testing
Our Health Services team first started offering optional, free weekly saliva COVID-19 testing to U-46 students and employees in September 2021 through the University of Illinois’s SHIELD testing program. At that time, it was only available to unvaccinated students and staff. We are now able to offer this service to all U-46 employees and students, regardless of vaccination status.
Those who are currently enrolled in SHIELD testing do not need to do anything else. They will continue to test as usual.
Parents/guardians who want to enroll their child or children in the SHIELD testing program must fill out a consent form available online at https://district.u-46.org/SHIELDConsent/login.cfm. The log-in is the same as the Infinite Campus Parent Portal system. If you’ve forgotten your username or password, there is a link at the bottom of the sign-in box for assistance.
Once registered parents can create a family portal account. The agency code is: df5brbrj
