Guyana's Traditional Flag
Guyana uses this flag to represent themselves as a whole nation.
Guyana's Culture
In the country of Guyana culture is very important. The majority of people that live in Guyana speak with their hands, mostly when they are angry or very happy. If people are not talking with their hands they are most likely speaking English, which is the official language of the country. The most popular sport in Guyana is by far Cricket. The entire country celebrates Holi, which is a Hindu festival during a full moon on a day between February and March marking the end of the Hindu year. The majority of families in Guyana usually have around three children.
Guyana's Government
The Guyana Government is a democratic system. The whole country of Guyana is seperated into ten administrative regions and the president of Guyana is Donald Ramotar. The capital of Guyana is Georgetown, while the majority of the population lives in poverty.
In classrooms, technology is limited and the teachers assign regularly scheduled test. Schooling in Guyana usually ranges to eight and a half years. In the country of Guyana the government allows the practice of religion and academic freedom. Freedom of the press is also supported.

Guyana's Climate
My history about Guyana's climate is about how Guyana's weather is their weather is like a tropical climate with mostly humid. There are about 17000 people living in Guyana. Guyana is about half the size of Iraq, or roughly the size of the U.S. state of Idaho. Trade winds moderate coastal humidity. Rain falls primarily from May to June and from November to January. These hills support rain forests rich in hardwood trees and are home to a varied and abundant animal population. Their interior mostly has plateaus, flat-topped mountains, and savannas.
Guyana's History
My Guyana history about them includes what kind of tribes these people were divided into at least nine tribes, including the Warrau, Wapisiana, Machushi, Patamona, Arawak, and Carib. In 1964, the PNC and UF formed a coalition government under Burnham's leadership. The new name signified the end of English rule and distinguished the nation from Dutch and French Guiana. Subsequent leaders have been unable to bring political cooperation to the nation, and the two main parties, which are race-based, tend to block each other's progress when it comes to political reform. Guyana faces environmental challenges, high rates of violent crime and emigration, and poverty. Though a 2007 UN ruling that gave both Guyana and Suriname access to a disputed oil-rich offshore area could be a source of income for Guyana in the future.
