Go to the linked Consideration of Retention Sheet to fill in your students that, after your collection of data at level 2 or 3 should be considered. As the Intervention Team has discussed with you these are the students that are consistently below benchmark, have a PEP and have been progress monitored for an extended period of time. Go to this LINK to view, copy and return to Kevin by Wednesday, February 13.
World Read Aloud Day- February 1, 2019: Please make sure to follow the assembly schedule and lunch schedule for Friday, February 1st. See below:
There is a separate lunch schedule for February 1, 2019/Read Aloud Day. In order for the schedule to work with the assembly schedule, it should be followed as closely as possible. Kindergarten classes are going to put lunch boxes in the cafeteria prior to the assembly and will go to lunch directly from the assembly. 2nd grade will either do the same, or make other arrangements to avoid lunch boxes in the gym. Generally, lunches at the beginning of the schedule will be pushed ahead 20 minutes, and the schedule will normalize when Jami Clark/3rd grade arrives. TAs will enter at 11:20 (if their normal time was 11:00) which will help with kindergarten students in the line. TAs will have to gather trash on time to avoid other classes waiting for tables. Your lunch schedules can be found HERE.
