Parent Teacher Conferences- Virtually

Directions for Your Conference:


At the date and time of your conference please visit this website: PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES


Find your child's teacher and click on their name.


  • Please make sure you do not enter your child's conference early as another person may be having their scheduled time.
  • Conference times will be strictly adhered to in order to give each family time with the teachers.
  • You can see if someone is with the teacher on the Meet Screen. Please wait until it shows only the teacher in the meeting. Then join.
  • In order to join the meeting on the computer you will need Google Chrome, Firefox or Edge. If you do not have these on your computer, please reach out to your teacher. They can connect with you via phone.

Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for next week. It is important that we work together as a team to support each of our students. We look forward to working with you next week to help our students grow and succeed.

This year, conferences will be virtual on the computer. Please sign up on Sign Up Genius on the links below to schedule your child’s conference.

Please make sure your children are taking care of the school Chromebooks. Thy should not be eating or drinking while near their Chromebook. Chromebooks should be stored in a safe area when not in use.

Parents are not allowed on the playground during arrival and dismissal time. Please go around the building to your pick up area.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION

Traveling? Please check the NJ Department of Health. If your child travels to a quarantine state, your child will need to quarantine. They cannot come to school for 14 days.

REMINDERS IF STUDENTS ARE SICK

Students who are sick must remain at home. If they are well enough to participate, they may sign in and meet their class virtually and will not be marked absent. Please email or call the health office attendance@prospectparknj.com if your child will not be in on their scheduled days.

Students must remain home if they have:

fever (measure or subjective), chills, rigors (shivers), myalgia (muscle aches), headache, sore throat, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, congestion or runny nose; cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, new olfactory disorder, new taste disorder

Please let the school nurse know if your child has any of the symptoms above.
