Titan Computer Science Team
The Webster Thomas American Computer Science League Team scored 17/30 points for contest #1. Leading the way was Alessandra Visca and Nolan White each scoring 7/10 points.
American Math Competition
ATTENTION MATHEMATICIANS:
Can you think out of the box mathematically???? If yes, then sign up for the American Mathematics Competition Exam which will be held on February 7th at 7:00 a.m. at Thomas High School.
The DEADLINE to sign up for the exam is January 3rd!!!

Nominate a Titan for the Oak Tree!
Co-Sponsored by the Webster Teachers' Association (WTA) and the Webster Central PTSA, the Oak Tree Award recognition program is an annual award that is designed to recognize teacher excellence in Webster Central Schools.
Any Webster resident or district employee, current or former student, parent, teacher, or administrative colleague may nominate a teacher for the Elementary or Secondary Teacher of the Year Oak Tree Award.
Award nominees must meet the following criteria:
* Currently teaching in a full-time position in Webster Central Schools
* Have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience in Webster Central Schools
* Plan to continue to teach the next school year in, or retire from Webster Central Schools
* Be a member of both the Webster Central PTSA and the Webster Teachers' Association
Teacher nominees who meet these criteria will receive an Oak Tree Award Application and directions for completing the application process.

Bowling
Monday 12-17-18, Thomas verses Brighton. The Girl's team won all three games and the match. Current record, points 34-1 matches 7-0
The Boy's team won all three games and the match. Current record 2-4. Wednesday 12-19-18 Thomas verses Churchville Chili.
Boys Basketball
The Boys took on Canandaigua Friday Night and after a shaky first quarter stormed back for a 73-59 win. The boys continued their winning ways on Tuesday Night with a win over Penfield 62-53. Andrew Mason had 31 points,Tyler W pitched in points for the win. The boys took on State ranked and undefeated West Irondequoit Thursday Night and won 72-57. Great all around team effort. Andrew Mason led the way once again with 20 points and Tyler Williams had 17.
Girls Basketball
The Girls Played Canandaigua Saturday and beat them 54-28. Ashley Schenkel led all scorers with 22 points. Audrey Mack had 10 and 8th grader Mady Kelley had 7. Tuesday the girls played Penfield. They lost 67-45. They are now 4-2 on the season. The Girls traveled to West Irondequoit Thursday to take on the Eagles. They fell short by a score of 48-37. Taylor Lockwood ahd 11 points, Audrey Mack had 9 points and 10 rebounds while Olivia Scott had 8.
Wrestling
The Wrestlers took part in the Monroe County Tournament Friday and Saturday held at Webster Schroeder. The Team came in 3rd place with many top finishers. Chris Pannell became the first Thomas Wrestler to win in his weight class in the Monroe County Tournament in …. Years .Cj Lee took second place,Cole Nadritch and Anthony Occa took Third, Jacob Mendola, Jackson Allen and Max Allen finished 4th Tyler Langley finished 5th and Mark Smithers finished 8th. Wednesday Night the Titan Wrestlers beat Batavia Attica in Dual meet 45-28. Cj Lee, Max Allen, Anthony Oca, Chris Pannell, Cameron Coccitti All pinned their opponents, while Jackson Allen, Tyler Langley and Alex Bowersox won by decisions.
Boys Swimming
Hockey
The boys hosted Irondequoit Saturday Night and fell to the Eagles 4-3. Titan goals were scored by Tommy Ammon, Cullen Hennessy and Kyle Vent. Tuesday Night the team traveled to the west Side to take on the Brockport Blue Devils. They won 8-1. Goals for the Titans were scored by Reid Curry, Zack Wolfe with 2 ,Spencer Nuccitelli with 2,Cullen Hennessy , Joe Epping, and Will Fischer. Thursday Night the Hockey team traveled west Again to taken on Batavia Notre Dame. The team came away with a 11-2 win. Goals scorers for the Titans included Zack Wolfe with a hat trick(3), Spencer Nuccitelli with 2, Kevin Gabalski , Currie, Tommy Ammon Cade Spencer, Jack Steppenback all with one.
