Americans violated the treaty of Greenville and moved into Indian land . The Tecumseh began recruiting and uniting tribes to protect their lands. Battle of Tippecanoe is where William Henry Harrison led troops against Indians which crushed Tecumseh's movement .

And then America turned from Europe and looked west to try to expand and America created a unique culture distinct from Europe. "Era Of Good Feelings"- America entered a period of Nationalism

Battle Of Baltimore

The Battle Of Baltimore was a sea/land battle fought between British invaders and American defenders in the War of 1812. American forces repulsed sea and land invasions off the busy port city of Baltimore, Maryland, and killed the commander of the invading British forces. And the British ships retreated and the Chesapeake area was saved.

Battle Of New Orleans

Britain wanted to capture New Orleans and the Mississippi River to cut off trades and the battle was led by Andrew Jackson, American troops beat British, This war made Jackson a national hero and inspired Nationalism throughout the country. They fought between January 8 and January 18, 1815
