Weekly Newsletter - Summer

6/20/19

Hello RHE families,

Summer break is here! This school year has been filled with wonderful student accomplishments. Our students had opportunities to learn and grow throughout the entire year. I am proud to be a part of the RHE family.

I would like to thank all of our teachers, parents, and RHHSA for a great year! I enjoy our collaboration and appreciate your support. What we accomplish for our kids is done through a strong relationship built between home and school.

On behalf of the RHE staff, I would like to thank you for your continued support and dedication to our students. The RHE community is a wonderful group of people dedicated to children. I admire and commend the importance this community puts on education! Thank you for entrusting your children to us!

My best wishes to all of our students moving onto other elementary schools! I know that you will be shining stars at your new schools.

Congratulations to all of our sixth graders! We are very proud of this group of young men and women and wish them a smooth transition to the middle school. We look forward to hearing about your accomplishments!

We are all facing new adventures next year! I am excited for all that awaits us.

Have a safe and wonderful summer!

Sam

Summer Resources for Children

Children need a break in the summer, but it's a great idea to provide opportunities for them to maintain their skills during these months. Below you'll find a list of resources available to students to help them stay sharp in Reading and Math. These are activities that the children may find to be very entertaining. I highly suggest that parents take time to view these and share them with their children.

In addition, you'll also find summer reading lists at the following links:
