February News
As you may have noticed, there are several new Berry Creek families! The HOA Board would like to welcome you to the neighborhood and let you know that you can contact us at any time if you have questions or concerns!
A few reminders from the HOA Board:
- Please remember to pay your annual HOA dues. A late fee will be assessed on any unpaid dues on March 1. You can mail your dues to PO Box 2341, or contact a board member to come and pick them up.
- Please be mindful when having guests park on the street. When cars are parked on both sides of the street, it can be difficult for neighbors and emergency vehicles to pass.
- Please remember garbage cans are to be placed on the side of the house, in your garage, or in a place where they cannot be seen from the street.
- Please remember that portable basketball hoops should be stored out of sight when not in use.
