Academic Updates
Environmental Science Class on the move!
After an in-class activity about pollution sensitive and pollution tolerant macroinvertebrates found in fresh water, Mrs. Locke's Environmental Science class headed over to Farm Pond to collect samples of organisms. The students later identified the collected organisms back in the classroom.

Congratulations to the Class of 2018!
Our graduates are going on to do amazing things next year. Over 65% of our graduates will be pursuing post-secondary education in the fall at a variety of colleges and universities, including, MassBay Community College, Boston College, Worchester Polytechnic Institute, UMASS Amherst, UMASS Lowell, and Framingham State University. Students are majoring in programs such as, Nursing, Aerospace Engineering, International Relations, Computer Science, Automotive Technology, Animal Science, Biology, Art Education, and Culinary Arts.
Two students will be joining the Armed Services and approximately 30% of our graduates are using their technical training and beginning their careers at companies such as, Green Plumbing and Heating, Kerivan Lane, ROAR Worchester Air, Framingham Parks and Recreation, J&G Electric, McCullough Plumbing & Health, and CCL Mechanical.
We wish the Class of 2018 the best of luck and are confident that their 4-years at Keefe Tech have prepared them to be successful as they pursue their future endeavors.
Fall Dual Enrollment Course - Sign-up before the end of the school year!
MassBay is going to offer a second Cyber Security course at Keefe Tech this fall. Students do not have to have participated in the course they offered this spring.
Deadline for applications is Friday, June 1st in the Guidance Office. MassBay will review all applicants before guareenting you a space in the course. If interested please get your application to me or your Guidance Counselor before the deadline.
Course Description - Scripting (3 credits):
This course introduces fundamental programming concepts. Students learn to design and implement platform- independent scripts. Students will learn scripting for system-administration, database communication, and to provide user interactivity through the use of multimedia resources. By the end of the course, students will have a concrete understanding of programming in several important scripting contexts.
Class will meet on Thursdays from 3:30PM-6:15PM from September 6th to December 13th at Keefe Tech.
