Why Attend?
An often overlooked component in the business world is the emotional toll it takes on those who manage, supervise, and support people. It’s time we recognize that supervising employees in any capacity is demanding and can be exhausting.
What can we do to address the burnout, manage stress of our employees and ourselves, and build resiliency?
Join us to find ways to identify signs of burnout in you and others, ways you can deal with the impact that stress has on your life, and come away with tools that are critical for wellness and professional resiliency.
