Fall Parties

Grades K,3,5 on October 29th- 2:40-3:20

Grades 1,2,4 on October 30th - 2:40-3:20

Our fall parties are divided over two days due to parking and the large number of guests in the building. We recommend that parents carpool so that we don't add to the heavy traffic congestion surrounding the school during dismissal.

Your star scholar can wear a costume on the day of his/her fall party. Star scholars, we ask that no masks, total coverage of face with paint or make-up or weapons be a part of the costume.

Due to many allergies we are also requesting that the party snacks be limited to a sweet item, a salty item, and a healthy item.

The fall party is for Centerville Elementary star scholars only. Due to space no siblings are allowed at the party. This includes siblings from the middle or high school. We ask that all wheeled wagons and carts be left in the front foyer for the safety of all attending the party.

All star scholars will be dismissed at our normal dismissal time on the day of the parties. If you plan to pick up your star scholar please meet them at their normal dismissal area at dsmissal. Thank you in advance for your support of a safe dismissal on the day of the parties

Lost and Found

The lost and found area is growing and we have only been in school for 5 weeks. Have your scholar check the lost and found for items that have been misplaced. To assist us with reuniting items with the owners please label any item brought to school.

Change of Clothes

We are requesting that all scholars grades kindergarten-5th bring a change of clothes to keep in their locker. The will alleviate the school from calling you to request clothing when an accident occurs. The scholar will be able to change and get back to class in a quick manner so they will not miss a large amount of instruction.

Parent Teacher Conferences

Conferences are right around the corner and we know you are excited to hear all about your star's progress at CES.

We are using a school wide scheduler again this year.

To assist with a smooth sign-up process we have included a Conference Sign-Up 101 sheet for your reference.

A FOF will be sent out on October 11 at 4:45 to give you the link that will go live at 5:00 so you can sign up for conferences. .

Schedules for scholars on the conference days are listed below to assist you with planning.
