Sunday, September 5-Newsletter for the Wilder Community
It's the most WONDERFUL time of the year! In just 2 more days we will open our doors to over 700 thinking, dreaming scholars! Our theme for the 2021-2022 school year is "A Whole New World!" Here is a video that provides more information about our theme, focus areas, and vision! Thank you again to our students and teachers who helped to create this film! To learn more about our amazing staff, you can review faculty and staff bios on our website!
This week's edition of the Wolverine Weekly includes information about sports, SCA, PTSA, and student support. The first day of school is a day 1 and this means that students attend blocks AD1, 1, 2, 3, and 4. Here is a day 1/day 2 calendar for the year!
Please let me know if I have missed anything! I look forward to seeing our students on Wednesday, September 8!
A Message from our Family Advocate
Hello Wolverine Family!
I’m so excited to welcome you all back for the ’21-’22 school year. One of the ways we can support you and your family this year is by offering Wolverine Weekend Kits to support weekend meals for your student. These kits will be available on a limited basis and are dependent upon community donations. For more information and to request a Wolverine Weekend Kit when they are available, please read and complete this brief form: http://tiny.cc/wmsweekendkit
Guardians must approve that their scholar is allowed to receive a Weekend Kit prior to receiving one. If you’d like to assist with filling our Community Closet with donations to make these kits available, check out our Amazon wish list for shopping ideas: http://tiny.cc/wmswishlist
For questions, more information, or if you need additional assistance, contact Mrs. Clarke at: email@example.com or (804) 335-7088-call or text. I look forward to a Whole New World of learning and growing as a community this year!
