Inspiring and Empowering Every Student to Thrive Every Day

Dear Family,

Fall is here! Finally there is a slight chill in the air, and our gorgeous weather has returned. The month of October was a busy one, especially with the Fall Festival. Thank you to all the families and staff that participated, volunteered, and donated to make this event an enjoyable success. A special thank you to our PTA Board who spent countless hours preparing for the event. Thank you to Shayna Base, Sigourney Randall, Leeza Zepp and Jackie Garcia.

The month of November will be busy, and over in a flash. With Veterans' Day and Thanksgiving, we are reminded this month that we have so much to be thankful for.
On November 9th at 9:30 a.m. we will have our annual Veterans' Day Celebration. Families are welcome to attend. There will be no school on November 10th to observe Veterans' Day. A special thank you to our parents who are Veterans and their families. We are so grateful for your service to our country.

We will have three days off Thanksgiving week, November 22nd-24th. When we return from Thanksgiving, there will be two weeks of Parent Conferences for first through sixth grades with early dismissal. Also, this month there are two Saturday Attendance Academies on November 4th and 18th. These are excellent opportunities to make up an absence, and to improve a student's attendance record.

Thank you all for the support for our school. This truly is a great community, because of the wonderful families who are a part of it!
