Principal's Note

Dear Huffman Families,

I hope you were able to spend some quality time with family this past weekend.

I encourage you to sign up for one of the Online Townhall Meetings with Dr. Bishop, Dr. Zink, and other panelists. They will be answering questions and discussing School Re-Entry plans. When you register, you may include a question for the panel.

What is your Family's Intent for the 2nd Quarter?

With the likelihood of students returning to the building, I've heard from a few families hoping to change programs (ASD Virtual to In School and vice versa). I understand this is a difficult decision for many families. If you know you will be making a change, please give the office a call at 742-5650 to share your intent. This will help us with planning. I am happy to consult with you to answer questions and discuss the best timing to make a change. Thank you.

When to Stay Home, When to Come Back to School

Return to School - Masks are Required

If and when students return to the school building, masks are required to be worn. I encourage you to watch this video from our health experts called, Face Masks 101. More detailed information will be provided from our Healthcare Services department as we move forward.

Please take the time to have your student practice wearing a mask.

Are you on the list to Pickup Library Books this week?

Please check the list HERE. If you see your student's name (alpha by first name) on the list, you made the deadline and are scheduled for a pick up this Thursday. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to RETURN library books if you are done with them. If you do NOT see your student's name on the list, you are NOT scheduled for a pick up this week. Please email Mrs. Schroeder with any questions.

If you want to order books for next week, be sure to visit Mrs. Schroeder's Library Link on your student's Clever page.

Library Pick Up / Drop Off: Thursday, 9/24, from 4-6pm.
