November 2022

In a Blink of an Eye, November Flew By!

November is the month to remind us to be thankful for the many positive things happening in our lives. We are thankful for our amazing students, dedicated and talented teachers, and wonderful parents and guardians. We truly appreciate all you do for our Southampton Schools. Thank you!

Congratulations to Our Teachers of the Year!

Thank you to everyone who nominated our amazing staff members for Teacher of the Year. The committee worked late into the evening going through all the nominations and chosing our finalists.

A very special congratulations goes to the following teachers:

School #1: Mr. Capocci

School #2: Mrs. Grosser

School #3: Mr. Weinert

Spirit Coins

Our students are working hard to earn spirit coins throughout the day. They have been showing lots of respect and working well with others. We are watching our spirit coin vases grow. Each Friday we are pull random spirit coins out of our vases, and students are winning some pretty cool items.

A special thank you to our PTA for donating some items from the school book fair to our raffle prizes.

4th Grade Turkeys are Visiting School #2

School #2 has been visited by some very creative turkeys. Our 4th graders can be seen showing the turkeys all around the school. They are having a gobbly good time!

Animals Visit Mrs. Levinson's Class

A special thank you to Mr. Levinson from the Monmouth County Park System for visiting our school. Students got to see turtles, snakes, frogs, stick bugs, and even a Madagascar cockroach!

Turk a Teacher

Student Council organized a "Turk a Teacher" fundraiser during lunch. Students purchased feathers and chose a teacher's picture to stick them on. Mr. Munoz ended up with the most feathers and had to wear the turkey costume! Mr. Munoz was a great sport!
