Don't forget your health!
In the last few months, a few us around campus have been trying to help each other get healthy and stay healthy. Personally, I realize more and more that I can't take care of my family, students, staff, and school community if I don't take care of myself. I've reconnected with the gym, lifting weights and am really working on eating healthy. This time of the year in particular, we are all tired and I tend to see more and more staff members get sick. Take a few minutes and reflect on some of the ideas in the article below. Hopefully you will find some quick tips or reminders to focus on you! Finish strong and stay healthy and happy!
FINISH STRONG!
Each school year doesn't necessarily go as planned. The unexpected happens and we must adjust. Push forward anyway and finish strong! Our students deserve our very best! Check out Olympian Mo Farah below as he pushed forward and proveD that it not about your start or how many times you fall, but about how you handle the unexpected and push forward. FINISH STRONG!

Try one More time
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time. Thomas A. Edison
