Soaring into MDE
A look ahead-The week before school!
Materials Pick-Up: 8/13 & 8/14
Our Materials Pick-Up Days will be Thursday, 8/13 & Friday 8/14 from 11:00 am-2:00 pm.
Each grade level will have a specific time in which to pick-up materials. If you have multiple students in multiple grades, you will need return for each grade-level scheduled pick-up time. This is due to our safety protocols in place to ensure all members or our community stay safe and healthy during the pandemic.
How it works:
- Come masked at your assigned time ONLY
- Students should attend with a parent(s) to meet their teacher
- Proceed to your teacher's classroom, with Distance Learning Conduct "ticket" in hand.
- Wait at the door keeping 6-feet from other families
- Teacher will call the next family up and have materials on the table in-front of their room.
- Once materials are in hand, please make your way off campus.

A note from our PFC (Parent Faculty Club)
The education fund is historically one of our largest fundraisers of the year. Our PFC fundraisers close the gap between what the state budget supports and what our school needs to remain a top-notch school. The PFC has four primary fundraisers during the year, and the Ed Fund is the easiest and most direct. Every dollar donated goes directly into the PFC treasury to support our kids! This year may look different of course but we plan to use funds raised toward math and reading resource support (online or in person), potential return to campus safety supplies, special programs and much, much more. Any donation amount is welcome!
To exercise your #MDEPowerofGiving, please visit the school home page at
http:// www.mtdiabloelementarypfc.org/home and click on the yellow donate button in the PFC section toward the top of the page.
The PFC will also be present at Materials pick up days, please find one of our tables to learn more. We will be accepting checks and online payments this year. If you have any questions, please contact the PFC at firstname.lastname@example.org.
